Sixteen years ago, my life collapsed — personally and professionally. Within 48 hours, my partner revealed his addiction and I lost my job. I was a mother of four young children, trying to hold everything together while falling apart inside.
Healing wasn’t linear. It took years of breathwork, therapy, journaling, meditation, strength training, community, spiritual surrender, and radical honesty. I rebuilt my relationships — with myself, with others, and with life.
The BLISS Framework™ is the distilled wisdom of that journey.
Today, I guide individuals through emotional steadiness, self-leadership, and deep reconnection. I also facilitate mindfulness-based emotional intelligence programs, including the world-renowned Search Inside Yourself Program (born at Google), for organizations around the world.

1. Who is this program for?
The BLISS Blueprint™ is designed for individuals who have spent years carrying the mental, emotional, or relational load for everyone else. High-achieving professionals, caregivers, leaders, and those emerging from personal or relational disruption all benefit from this structured, supportive journey.
2. I’m not in a crisis right now — is this still for me?
Yes. Many clients join BLISS™ not because they’re in collapse, but because they sense the subtle signs of burnout, emotional exhaustion, disconnection, or a desire for deeper presence and clarity. You do not need to hit bottom to benefit from this work.
3. What’s the time commitment?
Sessions occur once per week. Most are 60 minutes, with a 90-minute intake session and a 75-minute integration session at the end. Reflection between sessions is encouraged but flexible — the work is designed to support your life, not overwhelm it.
4. Is this therapy?
No. BLISS is not therapy. It is a coaching program grounded in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, leadership development, and evidence-based wellbeing practices. Many clients choose to work with a therapist and BLISS™ to support different layers of their growth.
5. What if I’m uncomfortable talking about emotions?
That’s completely normal — and often part of the pattern we work on together. BLISS™ is a secular, grounded program where emotions are treated as data, not drama. We move at a pace that respects your comfort while gently expanding your capacity.
6. Is this a spiritual program?
BLISS™ is secular and inclusive. Some practices (like breathwork or meditation) have spiritual roots, but are offered in grounded, evidence-based ways. You control the level of spiritual integration — none is required.
7. What if I miss a session?
Life happens. You’ll have access to a private scheduling link to reschedule as needed. The program is designed to support your real life, not pressure it.
8. What makes this different from other coaching or self-care programs?
BLISS™ goes deeper than tips, tactics, or surface-level self-care. It’s a structured, progressive, evidence-based framework guided by someone who has lived through collapse, rebuilt themselves, and distilled that journey into sustainable practices that actually work in daily life.
9. What if I’m not sure I’m ready for a 12-week commitment?
