Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the BLISS Blueprint™ Coaching Program (“Program”) offered by Vision Bridge Leadership, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program is designed to support leaders in developing mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-care, and leadership presence using the BLISS framework — Breathe, Loosen the Grip, I Language, Slow Down, and Seek Joy. Participation in the Program is for educational, personal, and professional growth and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or legal advice.

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and able to engage in self-reflective practices. Enrollment requires completion of our registration process and payment in full or according to an agreed payment plan. Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms. The Program includes live coaching sessions, recorded content, worksheets, journals, and other learning materials. Access to these materials is non-transferable and intended solely for registered participants. We reserve the right to adjust schedules or program content as necessary, with reasonable notice.

Participants are expected to engage in sessions with integrity, respect, and openness, applying BLISS principles thoughtfully in their personal and professional contexts. All shared information within the Program is confidential, and participants are expected to honor the confidentiality of others. We may, with your consent, use anonymous feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes.

While the Program is designed to support leadership growth, mindfulness, and self-care, results vary based on individual engagement and effort, and no specific outcomes or business results are guaranteed. Participants may cancel enrollment with written notice. Refunds are considered at our discretion based on program access and completed sessions; no refunds are available once the Program has commenced unless explicitly agreed.

All materials, including videos, worksheets, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Vision Bridge Leadership, LLC. Participants may use materials for personal or professional development but may not distribute, sell, or claim ownership. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove participants who do not adhere to these standards.

Participation in the Program is at your own risk, and Vision Bridge Leadership, LLC is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions resulting from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Bridge Leadership, LLC, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from Program participation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and any disputes will be resolved within the applicable jurisdiction. Vision Bridge Leadership, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with prior notification to participants. By enrolling in the BLISS Blueprint™ Coaching Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
